Do you think there is still a 9-5 working week?
Since the first lockdown it is clear that the way we and our team work has changed.
The majority are now working remotely and with this brings it own challenges.
Which are trying to separate home and work life.
It is clear to maintain these things the 9-5 week has gone and there is now an onus on the individual to work the hours but flexibility to balance all the needs.
For me, as long as the work gets done, I leave it to my team to do what is best for them and the business.
