Invest in weekly virtual well-being sessions– whether it be a live taught meditation, yoga, or team building activity.
Show your team you care by holding regular 1:1’s to talk about them, not just their workload.
Have a fitness challenge – it could be a sit up challenge, walking at lunch time or any other physical exercise that you can come up with.
Encourage the team to spot issues and deal with them straight away.
Look at making flexible working more permanent to improve work/life balance.
Focus on personal development.
Implementing some or all the above will reduce stress, enhance relationships and increase focus.
