Are you aware of the UK pilot of a four-day working week?
More than 60 UK companies are trialing a four-day working week from June to December this year, with no loss in pay for employees.
This is the biggest ever trial of a four-day week in the world.
What does this mean?
More than 3,000 workers, based throughout the UK and representing more than thirty sectors, are receiving one hundred percent of the pay 80 percent of the time in exchange for a commitment to maintaining productivity at least one hundred percent.
During this time, the workers will have access to resources such as workshops, networking, mentoring, and wellbeing initiatives.
