As an HR Consultant I come across many ‘HR Issues and problems’ every day.
They have only become problems and issues because either the Managers involved do not have time or do not know how to deal with them.
Here are some of them:
• Under-performance during or after the probationary period has been completed
• Managers who are unsure how to manage their team
• Lack of ‘clear’ communication from Managers
• None existent process for promotion/career path.
