Is it narrow-minded not to embrace hybrid working?
Many businesses have leaped on the back of Covid-19 and opted for hybrid working.
Hybrid working can benefit the company and the individual.
The benefit for the individuals is there is a certain amount of freedom of choice.
For the business a happy, motivated and engaged team.
I appreciate that many businesses cannot move to hybrid working due to the type of business they run and the service they provide.
For those that can, it is a culture shift to get business leaders to change their views.
