As the Government have announced the plans to relax the UK Lockdown, we need to think about getting your Company ready for the return of your team.
I have put together a guide on reopening the workplace which outlines the steps that your company can take to reduce the spread of the virus, including social distancing and the maintenance of health and hygiene. It also covers what you should bear in mind if staff do become unwell.
Going forward, it will be important to keep track of who is visiting the workplace. I have also prepared a new visitor questionnaire that can be given to everyone who comes onto the premises and asks them to confirm if they have experienced symptoms of, or been exposed to someone suffering from, Covid-19.
In the meantime, it is important to remember that the Job Retention Scheme has now been extended to the end of October which is great news for Companies and their teams.
