We are now in week six of lockdown it is a good time to start thinking about how our businesses may change post-coronavirus.
Here are my HR related ‘predictions’ for businesses post-coronavirus:
Increased applications for permanent remote working or flexible hours.
Reduction of face to face meetings to decreased footfall in offices.
Increased use of short-term freelance resource.
Higher focus on health and hygiene at work.
Increased mental and physical well-being discussion.
