There are many HR Consultants out there that offer you generic HR packages.

I differ from the norm, ‘I help SME’s achieve business growth through empowering your people and teams’.

What does this mean? I will not just offer you the standard generic ‘off the shelf’ templates, training etc.

It is important for me to get to know and understand your Company, its culture, values and its people.

From this I can get under the skin of the Company and work with you to develop the processes and ways of working that are the right fit for your Company but still be aligned to legislation and HR best practice.

So what will you gain from working with me? Bespoke packages that include your Company ‘terminology and frames of references’ and the right advice based on a strong relationship that we have built up and of course my 20 years of HR experience and knowledge.

The benefit of this is that you gain more ‘buy in’ from the team as they will understand and relate to the HR documents and of course receive a personal, integrated, approachable HR Support.
